美岕.云湖岫居（云湖小院）位于江苏省宜兴市，坐落在毗邻云湖堤岸的一个小山坡上。建筑原为一栋闲置的围合式办公楼。由于其独特的毗邻景区的地理位置，业主希望将其改造成一个精品度假民宿，以促进当地旅游业的发展。我们接受了委托，进行了本次的改造设计。


我们在现场查勘时发现，建筑周边有着非常优美的自然条件，不仅有远处的湖景和远山，也有近处的郁郁葱葱的树木绿植。但原建筑的空间相对封闭，没有很好地同户外景观做结合。


为了让度假的客人能更多地体验到自然和景观，得到更加放松的身心体验，设计师在室内空间同户外景观的交界面上做了专门的处理。


首先，设计把部分走廊的区域开放出来，变成一个半户外廊道，让人们可以自由地进入到内院中；另外，把外墙的开口根据景观和场地特征，朝向处理为各种形式，如横向长窗，方形窗，镂空洞口等，让景观和阳光可以以不同的方式进入建筑；同时，也把每个客房都让出一个足够宽的阳台，使得客人可以在阳台上泡澡，喝茶，近距离地感受树木，阳光和空气。



选择的材料也偏向于自然和真实。实木，砂岩，砖，藤席等被运用在空间的不同区域，让人在自然的怀抱中得到放松和疗养。


 

Meijie.Xiuju（Yun Lake Courtyard Resort) is located in Yixing City, Jiangsu Province, on a hillside adjacent to the bank of Yun Lake. The building was originally a spare enclosed office building. Due to its unique location adjacent to the scenic spot, the owners wanted to transform it into a boutique resort hotel, to promote the local tourism industry. Our team accepted the commission, carried out this renovation design.

 

During site survey, the design team found that there are very beautiful natural conditions around the building, not only lake scenery and mountain views in the distance, but also lush trees and plants nearby. However, the space of the original building is relatively closed, which is not well combined with the outdoor landscape.

 

In order to allow guests to experience more nature and landscape, and get a more relaxed physical and mental experience, the designer has made special spatial treatment at the interface between the interior space and the outdoor landscape.

 

First of all, the design opens up part of the corridor area into a semi-outdoor corridor, allowing people to freely enter the inner courtyard; Then, according to the landscape and site characteristics, makes the openings of the external wall into various forms, such as long transverse windows, square windows, hollow holes, etc., so that the landscape and sunlight can enter the building in different ways; At the same time, give each room a balcony, which wide enough for guests to take a bath, drink tea, and feel the trees, sunlight and air up close.

 

The selection of materials also tends to be natural and real. Solid wood, sandstone, brick and rattan mat etc. are used in different areas of the space, allowing people to relax and be healed in the embrace of nature.
